I give it a low rating solely for the reason it is improperly marketed as working with the iphone. I ordered 2 and it is the same exact model as the ones I already own for my iPod. When used on the iPhone the phone wants you to put it in airplane mode to use but the phone cannot accept or make calls as well as access the internet in that mode.
I want to clarify that is is a fabulous product for the iPod, and my low rating actually is to the retailer not Griffin for their improper marketing.
I called customer service to make sure there was not an order filling error, and 2 people in their department said this is the only model of this type of device they had.
If something has changed in the past month, please someone let me know. I do want to purchase this product for my iPhone.
